1.Registration Fee

NOTES:

1. The Full Registration includes: Keynotes, Technical Sessions, Proceeding USB, Exhibition, Welcome Reception (27th), Dinner (27th), Conference Banquet (28th), Lunch (27th, 28th,29th), Coffee Breaks and Conference Bag.

2. The Student Registration includes: Keynotes, Technical Sessions, Proceeding USB, Exhibition, Welcome Reception (27th), Dinner (27th), Conference Banquet (28th), Lunch (27th, 28th,29th), Coffee Breaks and Conference Bag. Student registration will be provided to full-time students with valid ID.

3. A Paper Deposit of $200 must be paid when each final full paper is submitted. The Paper Deposit Fee will be credited toward the registration. $200 will be automatically deducted during registration when your account has deposit payment record.
 

2.Payment
1. Please try to pay the paper deposit and registration fee via the online submission system. If you can not finish the payment via the online system, you can pay the paper deposit and registration fee via bank transfer. Note that please fill in the related paper deposit information and registration information in the online submission system first.

2. All cancellations must be made in writing to geoshanghai@tongji.edu.cn. Refunds for registration fees will be made in accordance to the following policy:

100% before 23:59 on April 28, 2024 (GMT + 8)

50% before 23:59 on May 10, 2024 (GMT + 8)

After 23:59 on May 10, 2024 (GMT + 8), no refunds provided.

All refunds will be made after the Conference. Any bank charges or processing fees incurred will be borne by the registrant.
