Jinhui LI is a Professor at Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT, Shenzhen) in China. Prof. Li concentrated her work in the field of risk assessment and control in geotechnical engineering. She has been awarded Guangdong Natural Science Award First Prize in 2020. She has got her PhD degree in Civil Engineering from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). She has been a Lecturer in University of Western Australia from 2013 to 2015. She has published over 100 journal and conference papers. She is an Editorial Board Member for the Journal of Computers & Geotechnics, as well as Journal of Georisk. She acts as a member of ISSMGE TC 304 and TC 309, and GEOSNet.
