Li Liping, professor, PhD supervisor, School of Qilu Transportation, Shandong University, winner of the National Outstanding Youth Fund. He is currently the dean of Shandong University School of Qilu Transportation, the president of Xizang Research Institute, and the deputy director of the State Key Laboratory of Intelligent Manufacturing of Advanced Construction Machinery. He is also the executive Vice chairman and secretary-general of the Underground Engineering Branch of the Chinese Society of Rock Mechanics and Engineering, and was selected as the Chairman of the Tunnel construction Disaster discipline of the World Transport Congress (WTC). His main research field is intelligent construction and disaster prevention of underground engineering.

He won the only scientific and technological Innovation Award of the International Society of Rock Mechanics ISRM, one second prize of national scientific and technological progress and technological invention, and three first prizes of provincial and ministerial level (1st); He won the China Youth Science and Technology Award, Jeme Tianyou Achievement Award, Scientific Exploration Award, and was selected as the top 2% of the world's top scientists.
